CDP Diesel & Auto, a full-service diesel repair shop, opened in 2018. Our owner, Nathan Wombwell, moved from a two-bay shop to a three-bay shop in 2022 as he needed more space and staff to provide world-class diesel repair services.
Nathan started his business in a single-bay drive-in shed on a farm he was renting and slowly grew the business. As it grew, he needed to expand and rent the two-bay shop in town before moving to the current three-bay shop.
CDP Diesel & Auto works mainly on diesel vehicles, but we also work on gas. The shop has service advisor and diesel specialists to ensure your vehicle receives the maintenance and repair it requires and get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
We believe in honest and ethical repairs; thus, we can take photos of the problem when we do the inspection and diagnostics on your vehicle. We want you to have an excellent experience when you bring your vehicles in for maintenance or repair. We work to earn your trust by showing you what the problem is and by ensuring there are no hidden costs in our estimates.
When you bring your vehicle in for maintenance, we inspect for visible issues, such as oil leaks, brake problems, and other matters included in our bumper-to-bumper inspection. We also pull the Tekmetric (digital vehicle inspections) car fax to better address your concerns.
Once we find the problem—or if we find a new problem—we will contact you for authorization to do the work. After that, we try to keep contact to a minimum unless something happens and the vehicle won’t be ready on time or if we find additional damage once we tear the vehicle apart.
Because of the technology we use, you’ll never have to take the word of our technicians. You’ll see the pictures of the issues when we contact you for the repair estimate.
While you won’t find a shortage of auto technicians in our area, you won’t find many with the experience and professionalism our team members offer. We are also one of the few shops with a waiting room for when you must wait for shorter repairs and maintenance. We ensure we go far to earn your trust and your business.
Our technicians have their 310S certification. We also are a Red Seal Journeymen shop. CDP Diesel & Auto also has MVIS annual safety and ODP ozone depletion certifications.
